OUR TEAM
Utt Construction, Inc. has been present in the Santa Barbara community for over 40 years, originally founded by Rodney Utt in 1981, and now continued successfully by our team after his retirement. We are a hardworking team of dedicated craftsmen committed to providing the best quality work for the lowest possible cost. Our team can fulfill your project’s demands from concept to completion. All of our cabinetry is designed and built locally in our 3,600 sq ft wood working shop and we service the whole Tri-county area.
We are members of the Santa Barbara Contractors Association, and we have won numerous SBCA "Builder of the Year" Awards, and most recently won in 2014 for the Book Building Project
