What’s New at Utt Construction

This quarter, Utt Construction hit the ground running with a quick pace. With numerous projects underway, our team is excited about what’s on the horizon and honored to continue building relationships throughout Santa Barbara County. Here’s a preview of two projects we are privileged to be a part of this year:

La Vuelta

Located in Montecito, La Vuelta is a French-Country home. In collaboration with Hayley Bridges Design, we are thrilled to begin a comprehensive renovation complete with custom cabinetry and furnishings. New designs celebrate the provincial bones of the house while introducing modern accoutrement to a classic aesthetic.

Penny Lane

Penny Lane is an English Country residence in the Ennisbrook Community of Montecito. The 7,600 SF home is complete with a guest cottage, pool, and spacious garden. Utt Construction is privileged to undertake this full-scale renovation and we look forward to featuring its completion in the coming months.
