The Year In Review

It's hard to believe that we are nearing the end of the year. These last twelve months have been filled with rewarding projects and an amazing community. Utt Construction is excited for 2022, and we look forward to providing first-class craftsmanship throughout the new year.

Overcoming Challenges

While 2021 was successful for Utt Construction, we, like many others, were affected by ongoing supply chain issues. However, our team remained resilient, making the necessary changes to work around these challenges. In addition, we assisted clients in selecting special-order materials, empowering them to mitigate further delays in construction by establishing a detailed plan before receiving estimates. 

Recognized by the SBCA

This year, our cabinetry division was recognized by the Santa Barbara Contractors Association, winning "Outstanding Craftsmanship by a Finish Trade.” A big thank you to our wonderful clients, architect Troy Worgull, and interior designer Ann James for working with us and creating the stunning concept for Plaza Pacifica!

On the Horizon for Utt Construction

With large projects lined up, 2022 will be an even busier year. Our team is excited for what’s on the horizon, and we’re thrilled to continue building in the community we call home. Whether renovating a Montecito Estate or installing custom cabinetry - Utt Construction is ready for it all.
